Terms & Conditions

Booking Policy: To make a booking, guests must provide a valid credit card. Full payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon with the host.

Cancellation Policy: Guests may cancel their reservation up to 30 days before the check-in date for a full refund. Cancellations made within 30 days of the check-in date are non-refundable.

Check-in/Check-out Policy: Check-in is after 4:00 PM on the day of arrival, and check-out is before 10:00 AM on the day of departure. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and additional fees.

Occupancy Policy: The maximum number of guests allowed in each villa is specified on the booking page. Additional guests may be allowed upon request and subject to additional fees. No parties or events permitted.

Damages and Liability: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the villa or its contents during their stay. The host reserves the right to charge guests for any damages or excessive cleaning required.

Smoking and Pet Policy: Smoking is not permitted inside the villas, and pets are not allowed without prior approval from the host.

Noise and Disturbance Policy: Guests are expected to respect the privacy and comfort of other guests and neighbors. Excessively loud music is not allowed on the property.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Florida, USA.

By making a booking, guests agree to these terms and conditions and any additional policies or rules specified by the host.
